HAPPY MEDITATION
Breathe out the air naturally and completely and wait for the instinctive urge to inhale. It's a bit like an ignition spark. When inhaling, the stomach area should lift up first, then the ribs area and finally the chest area. Hold your breath for a while, if you like, and when you feel like exhaling, do it in the same order. The stomach area deflates first, followed by the ribs and chest area. The more our breathing becomes relaxed, the deeper it gets while the rhythm slows down . Watch the thoughts just like in a movie, as if they're not yours and keep concentrating on breathing. As it becomes slower and deeper, less and less thoughts go through your mind. Enjoy feeling great, being totally relaxed, comfortable and secure . Ask questions, see answers, concentrate on a project or your Dream, seeing it become a reality, or fall asleep and wake up refreshed, whatever you like. Meditate in bed before sleeping at night and in the morning before getting up. Or while walking in the park, breathing deeply and enjoying the beauty of nature. You can meditate while taking a shower or a hot bath. In can be brief or long, it doesn't matter, as long as you feel good. You can be in a meditative state of mind all the time when you're mindful of every moment as previously discussed. When every moment becomes meaningful, every action thoughtful, time seems to slow down. There is no more rushing through life or experiencing sensations of stress. The world started to increasingly move at your own pace.
Breathe and meditate as above, and combine it with the sound vibrations of the chakras. These sounds have a balancing and cleansing effect on the chakra energies. Firmly fixed in a happy mindset, you don't need to even think about your chakras. Whether the energies are in harmony and balanced or not, because everything adjusts automatically. But on the way there, you may find this exercise very helpful as it completely relaxes your body and mind! J Take a deep breath and exhale on the first word, LAM. The letter 'A' should always be pronounced as the 'A' in 'Aaaaamericaaaaa'. Say the words out loud in a comfortable volume. Do it several times, as often as you like. Then exhale with the sound vibration of the second chakra, VAM. Just vibrate each letter as you exhale slowly, until you run out of air. LLLLLLLLLLAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMM. VVVVVVVVAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMM. RRRRRRRRRAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMM. YYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMM. HHHHHHHHHAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMM. AAAAAAAUUUUUUUUUMMMMMMMM. Repeat all of the six sound vibrations, say three to ten times each, as you feel. And finally, link all six sounds together, every word just once, in one single breath. And repeat it several times. You can do it quietly, in your mind only, and it still works. Enjoy! J |
